Shiitake Mushrooms are a signature gourmet mushroom with a strong umami flavour. This species 3782, is high yielding variety and prefers a fruiting temperature range of 17 to 24 degrees.

750g of Spawn. Completely ready to inoculate bulk substrate.
This is enough spawn to make 3 x 10 L bucket grows or 15 x 2 L Containers.
Shiitake mushrooms grow best on hardwood sawdust so try and grow this variety using Eco-logs or Hardwood Fuel Pellets if you can not find sawdust. Alternatively you can use the grain spawn to fill and plug holes in hardwood logs.
